Today is the last day of class. I learned a lot in this class. I also learned many interesting facts about the Bronx River. In the eco-web class we learned how to make our own blog, how to change the header,color, and picture of the blog. Once in a while we would go to the garden and have a workshop. Some of the workshops that we had were fun and educated. It’s always fun once in a while to learn a fact.
I have learned so many things about the Bronx river which has influenced me, to learn more. I think the Bronx river is a nice place to go to and to learn more facts.
Last Week we had a workshop. The workshop was fun. There was a man who talked to us about plants. We walked around the garden while he told us what plants we could eat, what plants were poisonous, and what plants could help us with bug bites and fevers.
Last week I went to a workshop type of program that was right by the Bronx River. We were mainly there because we were introducing our program(BRAC) to other people, and explain what we do at our program. I had nothing to do, it was a little or very boring because there were only three people there and I had nothing to do. At the place they did not have good food, they only had foods that I didn’t want to eat. I was very happy when I left because I could not stand the heat. I also had to pick up my sister, and they said the boat ride would only take 5 minutes but it didn’t, it probably took around 10 or 20 minutes. I was very angry,I also had to do my hw which took me about three hours.
Today in class we did not go to the garden, instead we worked on the computer and we wrote posts for our blogs. We also changed or we got another cool theme which took a very long time for me.
I like the Bronx. The Bronx is very interesting in some ways. There are so many things you can do and see in the Bronx that makes it different from other cities or towns. You can do a lot of things in the Bronx that can be educational or interesting, it depends. Some thing’s that are interesting about the Bronx are listed below:
Hello!!!Last week we did an experiment on watershed. We experimented on what happens to land and if water goes or takes over the land. It was awesome because we used paper and different colored makers to create what really happens.
