Free After School Program for Middle Schoolers -
MSCreate featuring JJGRANT
Admission Deadline is December 23rd!
Check out BRAC's newest program! MSCreate is a FREE after-school program designed to build critical thinking skills in a safe and supportive environment through engagement with a wide array of visual arts.
The program is available five (5) days a week from 3:30-6:30pm, with classes starting at 4:30pm.
Monday and Thursday 1/30-3/22 are SEL art sessions with JJGRANT . "I SEE ME" is a socio-emotional learning (SEL) art-based program facilitated by JJGRANT, focused on helping children explore their self-identity through creativity. Over a transformative 7-week journey, your child will engage in enriching art experiences, culminating in a showcase of their unique self-portraits at an art exhibition.
Other programming includes ceramics, digital animation, sessions with the Bronx River Alliance and portfolio preparation.
Once a month we have Family Friday workshops from 5-8pm. We provide the art project and the dinner. RSVPs are required.
