Bronx River Art Center (BRAC), is proud to exhibit the work of our students from this fall semester! This two part exhibition will consist of an installation in BRAC's front gallery windows and of a video of the artwork our praticipants created with BRAC's fantastic teaching artists since early October, 2020. The Virtual Student Exhibition will premier on our Youtube channel on Saturday, December 19th at 2pm. The storefront window installation will be on view through the holiday season.

To celebrate the occasion we will stream a special screening of "Virtual Variations" a retelling of the beloved classic The Nutcracker by The Paige Fraser Foundation during our opening reception on zoom. This virtual presentation includes dance and storytelling. The Nutcracker comes to life celebrating a story we all can relate to. Travel with Clara as she visits the Land of Sweets!!

Dance styles represented in the performance are Ballet, Modern, Tap, Vogue and Hip Hop. Each solo takes us on an adventure through the scenic areas of New York and Chicago!

Join us on Zoom for the fun-filled afternoon! Cuddle up with cookies and hot cocoa and enjoy an afternoon of art and dance this winter. To RSVP for the virtual reception please visit our Eventbrite page.
